a step out of the spotlight. She just doesn't realize how
big a step. Morgan's mom sends her to Ft. Wayne, Indiana, to recover. Even with a makeunder, an assumed name, and a fake identity, Middle America is going to mean a serious lifestyle adjustment for this Hollywood starlet.
Review: First off I'd like to say that this was also turned into a movie. I have watched the movie, but I also read the book and that's what this review is on the novel not the movie!
OK now that, that is out of the way HELLO readers! It's great to be back and reviewing books for my follower (:
The book was better than the movie in my own opinion because books give more detail and get more in depth than the movie could. That's what I think about all books I've read that get turned into movie though. I have yet to find one were the movie is better!
Any who is was a good book. It was a quick read for me and probably for a lot of other readers as well, but I really enjoyed reading it. Two things that I absolutely loved about this book are the diary format and the characters of course! Oh, and the Drew Barrymore quote in the beginning!
Back to the book! Morgan Carter goes from being a snobby actress to wanting to be a small town gal named Claudia Miller. That was an interesting part to witness while reading the story. She kinda had mixed feelings about everything in the beginning.
Sometimes hurting the ones you love happens through a lie, but it's the easiest way for you to say it. Read this if you haven't it's goodread :)
