This is one of my all time favorite books to read over summer, because of the romance and how real this story could be. Something I enjoyed was that it was written very well and is a very relatable novel for teens going through confusing realtionship experiences. Lauren has everything you could ever dream about, it's like a movie if you picture it. The perfect boyfriend who seems to good for you, that sort of thing. But who wants to be stuck in a life with no surprises or lessons to learn? I know I don't, I would have hated to date Dave even in the beginning. But only because it made me think he was a robot, always doing the right thing. Be a normal human being and take chances, make a few mistakes in your life. Evan I loved because he was normal. He had rough times and heartbrakes. I know that Dave loved Lauren but Evans love was so much stronger than his, in the way that he knows more about her and seems he would do anything for her. If Dave really wanted to be with Lauren he would have put up a fight to stay with her. I wish this would have been a series or at least had a sequel to it. I would have loved to see what happend to Evan and how life was going for Lauren.
