Wow! For a first time teen writer I thought Jennifer Archer did an amzing job. I started to read this the first day I got it. The beginning was good and descriptive. Tansy Piper was a great main character, I love how she thought she was going insane.I can say that while I was guessing, like I always do throughout books, what was going to happen next I was always wrong *sad face*. This was the first horror that I read, but it was outstanding I think I'll start getting more horrors in the future. Tate Hudson, what to say? I'd like him, too. I think my favorite part between Tansy and Tate was when they got locked in the cellar and the light went out. It was awkward and romantic. And he finally kissed her. I couldn't help but laugh at Papa Dan for closing the door on them. I was sad when he died I was crying. Can I just say that if everything that happend to Tansy, from her moving everywhere to going into a photograph back in time, were to happen to me I would flip. The only thing I can relate to is her having to move when her mother decided it was time to move on. My least favorite characters are Shanna and the Quattlebaums. Shanna is just plain rude. And the Quattlebaums creep me out,I'm not sure why but they do. The setting and everything in the story fits together like a jigsaw puzzle with all the right pieces.
I'm honored to be one of the first few to read Through Her Eyes and give you my Honest opinion
Great review! Though, for the future you might want to put a warning that there are spoilers from the book in your review just incase someone hasn't read the book yet. :)
ReplyDeleteOk. Thank you for the advice. I tried not to put any spoilers in the review but I guess it didn't occur to me that I had.
