In the Arms of Stone Angels by Jordan Dane

Two years ago, Brenna did the unthinkable. She witnessed the aftermath of a murder and accused her only true friend—the first boy she ever loved—of being a killer. Now sixteen, Brenna returns to Oklahoma only to discover that Isaac "White Bird" Henry isn't in juvie. The half-breed outcast is in a mental hospital, frozen in time, locked in his mind at the worst moment of his life. And when Brenna touches him, she's pulled into his hellish vision quest, seeing terrifying demons and illusions she doesn't understand. Feeling isolated and alone, she's up against the whole town, targeted by bullying former classmates, a bigoted small town sheriff, and a tribe who refuses to help one of their own. But when Brenna realizes she's as trapped by the past as White Bird is, this time she won't turn her back on him. She's the only one who can free them both.

Even if she has to expose her secret—a "gift" she's kept hidden her whole life.

Review: Thank you Jordan Dane for sending this to me again and signing it also, that put a huge smile on my face! Any who now onto the review...

I would give this book a 4.8 rating. It was a very good and very different book. It wasn't what I thought it was going to be. In the arms of stone angels had so many twists in it. I'm not going to ruin anything for you readers who haven't read it so don't worry. But that means that I can't really tell you much about the twists..Sorry!

The point leading up to finding out if White Bird was the killer or not was nail biting, but I have to say it was worth it in the end. If you are worried about a cliff hanger don't be. I think this story ends very well! In the last few chapters I want to say that Jordan ties up all the loose ends of wonder. You might still wonder about the little things but not anything serious. White Bird and Breena make this story the great book that it is. (Of course Jordan had the biggest part in making it that way) I lvoe the way it switches points of view, but you have to pay attention to the characters otherwise you'll end up confused. The flash backs made me understand more about the characters and there stories and feelings towards each other.

Anyways great book!

Happy reading, Love & Rockets
